Job Summary:

Responsible for the promotion and sales of motorcycles, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional after-sales service to strengthen and retain customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promotion of UM Motorcycles to generate demand and increase brand awareness.
  2. Understand market trends for product positioning and market penetration purposes.
  3. Drive revenue to achieve monthly sales targets.
  4. Maintain product knowledge and industry trends.
  5. Develop and maintain positive customer and dealer relationships to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  6. Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, social media, and customer referrals.
  7. Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  8. Maintain a list of new/existing customers and occasionally communicate with them to discuss business opportunities.
  9. Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made potential and existing customers.
  10. Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  11. Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and updating the customer database.
  12. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings that can generate business.
  13. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  14. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  15. Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager whatever the place, the time, the department, or the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 3 years of experience, preferably in automotive or motorcycles.
  3. Effective communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to negotiate terms and close sales.
  5. A valid driver’s license and motorcycle license would be good to have.
