Responsibilities

1. Executing assigned jobs with no record of re-doing Jobs.
2. Improve technical capabilities & and professional way of working on Jenbacher Gas engines leveraging on the learning platforms provided by CE and INNIO
3. Execute maintenance and repairs within the agreed and according to OEM recommended job hours and standards.
4. Managing with proper care assigned company assets.
5. On-time and accurate preparation and submission of site reports
6. To deliver an efficient and cost-effective service to customers, to ensure that the maximum availability of INNIO gas engines and related balance of plant is achieved through fast response, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
7. To ensure that scheduled maintenance is carried out to the required standard to avoid unnecessary replacement of parts and engine unavailability.
8. To ensure that all out of hour’s callouts are responded to on time.
9. To ensure that all oil samples are taken, labeled, and despatched to the laboratory in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
10. To ensure that all parts are selected, ordered, and used correctly, with any parts that prove unnecessary being returned to the warehouse to keep wastage to an absolute minimum.
11. To ensure that site and warehouse stock is maintained in good condition.
12. To ensure that all worksheet machinery and tools are maintained in good condition.
13. To ensure that communications with the Field Service Supervisor, Leader, General Manager, customers, subcontractors, and fellow staff are always maintained.
14. To complete all required paperwork, and service reports and document all site visits in accordance with agreed quality standards and timescales.
15. To protect and develop the industry standing of the company by building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, based on integrity and consistently professional dealings and attitude.
16. To maintain a high level of housekeeping and presentation. This includes and is not limited to, customer sites, company offices, workshops, company vehicles, and any time in company uniform.
17. To ensure that company-supplied equipment is well maintained and kept at a high standard of cleanliness.
18. To maintain tools in a good and safe working order and calibrate as required.
19. To follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations always.
20. To support the Field Service Supervisor and Leader by supervising and training new employees as required.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Bachelor Graduate of Engineering (Electrical) with 0 to 2 years post-graduation experience.
2. Electrical engineering knowledge.
3. Consistently trustworthy and professional

18. Gas engine knowledge and experience.
19. In Addition, the candidate needs to be able to operate the following equipment; Drilling machine, Angle grinder, Soldering Iron, Pallet Jack, Compressor, Bench Grinder, Hydraulic press, Various hand tools, and Lifting of parts.
