Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, from screening, interviews, and selection.
- To be responsible for laying the foundation for the organization’s structure.
- Build a relationship between employees and the organization manager.
- Ensuring implementation of compliance matters such as Fire and OSHA.
- Handling disciplinary measures.
- Updating staff files.
- Following up with staff benefits such as NHIF, NSSF, and other staff bonuses.
- Advising management on policies and procedural implementation.
- Drafting job descriptions.
- Ensuring evaluation and appraisal for staff are done on time.
- Assessing the training needs and implementation.
- Conducting the internal HR Audit.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Drafting employee contracts and ensuring that the employees’ contracts are valid and up to date.
- Preparation of employment contracts, and company policies and ensuring each employee has a copy of a signed company policies.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business administration, or another related field.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Automotive industry/Consulting Firm.
- The candidates must be 26 – 30 years of age.
- Creative and knowledgeable in handling HR activities.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in Swahili and English.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
