Responsibilities

1. Executing assigned jobs with no record of re-doing Jobs.
2. Managing with proper care assigned company assets.
3. On-time and accurate preparation and submission of reports.
4. To deliver an efficient and cost-effective service to customers, through fast response and troubleshooting.
5. Training the driver on how to drive the truck.
6. Training the maintenance team on how to service the truck.
7. To ensure that scheduled maintenance is carried out to the required standard to avoid unnecessary replacement of spare parts unavailability.
8. To ensure that all parts are selected, ordered, and used correctly, with any parts that prove unnecessary being returned to the warehouse to keep wastage to an absolute minimum. 
9. To ensure that spare parts are well maintained in good condition as well as the Warehouse.
10. To ensure that communications with the Leader, General Manager, customers, and fellow staff are always maintained.
11. To complete all required paperwork, service reports, and documents by agreed quality standards and timescales.
12. To protect and develop the industry by building and maintaining positive customer relationships, based on integrity and consistently professional dealings and attitude.
13. To ensure that company-supplied equipment is well maintained and kept at a high standard of cleanliness.
14. To maintain tools in a good and safe working order and calibrate as required.
15. To follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations always.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Hold a Bachelor/Diploma in mechanical engineering and Truck Driving certificate or a related field.
2. Have Mechanical experience in supervising and training on how to repair and maintenance of Chinese brand tracks such as FAW, HOWO, and SINO.
3. Having 3 years of working experience in the specific areas of specialization.
4. Knowledge of truck systems, components, and specifications.
5. Master in Local language and English speaking and writing.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
