Handling the registration process for guests, obtaining necessary information, and providing room keys.
Answering guests’ questions and providing information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
Will play a crucial role in ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their stay by addressing complaints or concerns promptly and striving to provide excellent customer service.
To provide a friendly and courteous welcome to guests as they arrive at the hotel as reception is the first point of contact.
Managing incoming calls and redirecting them to appropriate departments or staff members. As well as respond to emails, messages, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and qualifications • Relevant Diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, tourism, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of experience is desirable. • Candidate should have good mannerisms. • Comfortable working at night i.e., night shifts • Good basic computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, particularly Microsoft Excel. • Strong time management skills. • Excellent communication skills: must be able to speak good English. • Candidate should be a Tanzanian not living far from the airport. • Candidate should have a great personal outlook – smartness and presentable.
