Duties and Responsibilities

1. Explore new areas and suggest new marketplaces to introduce and establish the company’s products.
2. Drive and consolidate quality agrochemical demonstration results data conducted by the sales agronomist.
3. Packaging our product demonstration results in powerful agronomic marketing to support sales.
4. Develop product treatments and application protocols.
5. Conduct commercial and scalable scientific agricultural chemical trials with local and regional agricultural research organizations to establish new information on the effectiveness of our products.
6. Conduct farmers’ training and product launching sessions.
7. Prepare and follow up seeds’ demonstration plots.
8. Achieve targets in the distribution of new products to all existing customers.

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills;

1. Agronomy and Agronomic practices.
2. Plant protection.
3. Plant production.
4. Marketing.

Qualification and Experience required;

1. Diploma in Agronomy or a related field is essential.
2. More than 4 years of experience is desirable.
3. Awareness of local and international agricultural regulations.
4. Good basic computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, particularly Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent communication skills: must be able to speak good English.
6. The candidate should be a Tanzanian citizen.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Skills in crop planning, rotation, and management.
