Responsibilities

1. Pre-sales consultation.
2. Equipment installation and start-up.
3. Operation and maintenance training.
4. Repair, replace, or install complex machinery and devices in their specific area of competence, which might be automotive, or engineering equipment.
5. Equipment troubleshooting, accessories sales, etc.
6. Assessing installation functionality and preparing reports about maintenance and repair work that they have performed.
7. Repairing broken-down or damaged equipment or machines (trucks) either in the field or at a diagnostic and repair center.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Hold a diploma or BSc degree in Technical Engineering
2. Understanding sales and customer care is an added advantage.
3. Must have an Engineering Certificate.
4. Having 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
5. Excellent in using Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Intermediate or advanced skills
7. Must be familiar with engine electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.
8. Priority will be given to those with experience in Carter or Komatsu agents
