- Collaborate with management to develop tax strategies that optimize financial performance and ensure legal compliance.
- Support tax audits, prepare audit documentation, and liaise with tax authorities as necessary.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, providing updates and advice to management on implications and compliance requirements.
- Work with other departments, especially finance, to ensure that all transactions are accounted for accurately considering tax efficiency.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or similar certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tax compliance, tax planning, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Solid understanding of local and international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in Consultancy Industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
